Sclerotherapy is a safe highly effective technique which involves the use of a very fine needle to inject a solution directly into the leg veins. The introduction of sclerosing agents that are mild enough to be used in small veins has made sclerotherapy predictable and relatively painless.

Leg veins are also treated with lasers. Lasers work by emitting a specialized light that is passed through the skin and preferentially absorbed by its target, the unsightly blood vessels on your legs. The laser causes the vein to coagulate and fade from view.

Spider veins are unsightly clusters of red, blue, or purple superficial veins that can form anywhere on the legs. Leg veins can be treated in two ways. Our physician will discuss these options with you during your complimentary consultation.
